Personality:
Yuzu is a sweet and kind girl, often putting the needs of others before her own and being big-sisterly towards kids. That being said, she does have a volatile temper that many fear. While she's willingly participated and played the Straight Man in numerous comedy skits, she has no tolerance for general dumbassery and she will set people straight if they're being foolish (Ex: Her father initially doing the reasonable thing and attempting to keep Yuya from Dueling in a situation that could potentially disgrace him, however immediately being almost bribed into agreeing, prompting her to smack him upside the head with a Harisen. She uses this Harisen a lot).
She can be incredibly argumentative and fiercely protective of her friends and people she cares about, as seen when a commentator insults Yuya and his father and she has to be held back from arguing with said-commentator. That being said, she can be emotionally vulnerable... particularly when she doesn't understand everything going on around her. She wants to get stronger in order to protect the people she cares about, but she tends to forget about herself in the process.
Her gentleness, truthfulness, and strong sense of justice have allowed her to win others over to her beliefs. She was able to convince Serena to take a proper look at what Academia and the Fusion Dimension was doing, as well as open Sora's eyes to the cruelty of Academia's actions.
After the events of canon, she was unfortunately fused with her dimensional counterparts Serena, Rin, and Ruri via the Arc-V machine. Though the consequences to Yuzu herself were never shown (the show ended right after), her situation of becoming one with her dimensional counterparts mirrors that of Yuya Sakaki and his own counterparts... though her fusion was more forceful. Even if her counterparts are absent from her mind, the effects of having been one with them still exists. Though they are largely suppressed for the sake of her own mind, certain triggers can cause the memories of her counterparts to surface... for better or worse. There is no canon example of this happening to Yuzu herself for the reason stated above, but after becoming one with Yuto, Yuya Sakaki would often see Yuto's traumatic memories at certain triggers, such as meeting the Obelisk Force, witnessing mass destruction, and seeing Ancient Gear Chaos Giant. As these experiences were shared by Ruri Kurosaki, one of Yuzu's counterparts, it would make sense that Yuzu can also experience this.
Abilities:
Shoves my post-canon headcanons aside. Yuzu does not have any supernatural abilities of her own. She has remarkable acrobatic, but that's just because she's trained to be that acrobatic. That being said, she does have special items... being a YGO and all. Her Duel Disk, being from Arc-V, can project Real Solid Vision... basically solid Holograms. As discussed in the FAQ, any summoned monsters will remain intangible and just regular holograms, but spells and traps will still work.
Official decklists are outright not a thing, but we do have a list of cards we've seen her use, plus a few that are briefly and vaguely shown to be part of her deck. Cards that involve searching a card from her deck are likely useless in non-duel scenarios, including cards that special summon monsters, since they won't be able to do anything. (Note, some of these cards are only in the Anime and are not actually printed in real life. All of the cards I'll list here can also be found in the wiki link above under her Deck section).
- Cyclone: Summons a gale of wind.
- Melodious Song of Divine Punishment: Creates a small aurora in the sky and summons bolts of lightning from it.
- Melodious Illusion: A little vague, the card specifically protects a Monster from effects, and the card art and name implies creating an illusion to avoid it... but in the anime it just forms a simple barrier. Gonna say it can do both depending on what Yuzu herself needs.
- Fortissimo: Loud noise, plus a buff in strength.
- Saint Instrument: Equip Magic, attaches to the user's back and releases sound from the numerous massive horns. Could potentially be given to either Yuzu or her Digimon itself?
- Cestus of Dagla: Equip Magic, summons two Cestus blades.
- En Flowers: The only card not specifically listed on her wiki page, but post-canon, it makes sense that she would have it, as Yuzu herself is the counterpart that symbolizes this card. It is one of the Natural Energy cards, with one for each of her counterparts (En Birds, En Winds, En Moon). All four together have the power to split a dimension into four... but she only has the one, and I'm sure that would be nerfed to hell and back anyway. In any case, it causes flowers to bloom wherever possible in Yuzu's vicinity, energy is drained from Yuzu's enemies into said-flowers. It is also physically represented by the Bracelet Yuzu wears.
These would be all the cards she'd presumably have available to her (honestly, I'm sure she has more, but I can't say that with canon to back me up, so I won't). One thing that's important though... technically, she would gain more "abilities" in this sense if she were to get more Duel Monster Cards. Not that this would ever happen, but hypothetically, if she were to someday happen across a Magic Cylinder card while walking around outside... she'd then be able to use Magic Cylinder. More reasonably, if another YGO character were to give her their cards, she'd be able to use those too.
